Yoshi-House

"Quality Heritage" the concept of the space will be to combine the classic japanese food essence of Yoshinoya with the minimalistic architectural trends showcased in today's Japan. Highlighting of these two cultural classics.

 

The task for this project was to remodel a well-know restaurant. In this case the chosen restaurant was Yoshinoya, a fast food teriyaki restaurant. The design plan for this project was to convert this chain fast food restaurant into a more intimate high quality restaurant.
